Griffiths Park is a small pocket of mature natural woodland off Reeds Lake Boulevard SE. Apart from a paved pathway and benches, it is left undeveloped — a quiet place to rest and enjoy the trees along the Reeds Lake Trail, which the path connects to.
The canopy is mostly cottonwood, with a maple and elm understory.
