About Ramona Park
Ramona Park is East Grand Rapids' beloved multi-sport hub — a full-service community recreation facility with baseball and softball diamonds, soccer field, six tennis courts, basketball court, and a modern playground. Named after the historic Ramona Park amusement park that operated on Reeds Lake from 1897 to 1955 (its memories are preserved in the EGR Library History Room), today's park carries on that tradition of community gathering.
